Overview
The Motrox Goshawk is the Crosswind's night-ride cousin. Same high-ventilation polyester mesh outer, same genuine DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid reinforcement, same removable CE certified armour at the shoulders, elbows and back, with a hood and a full-back reflective eagle print that reads as a bold graphic by day and throws headlights straight back at the driver behind you at night.
One colour: black. Pick your size and armour above. The Goshawk is a stocked, standard-size garment (not made-to-measure) in 19 sizes from S to 8XL, including tall cuts, and it ships free Australia-wide.

Armour: CE Certified, EN 1621
Every armour option is CE certified to EN 1621, the standard for motorcycle impact protectors. Level 1 is the standard rating; Level 2 transmits less force in the test and is the higher rating.

Quick Answers
Is the reflective print a hi-vis rating?
No. It is a reflective graphic that returns light from headlights and streetlights, so you are easier to see at night. It is not a certified high-visibility garment and carries no hi-vis standard. For a certified hi-vis jacket, see the Outback.
Which armour should I choose?
Level 1 Smooth Ways is the lightest and coolest choice for summer commuting. Choose any Level 2 option for the higher impact rating. Every option covers shoulders, elbows and back.
Does the price include the armour?
Yes. The price shown for your selected option includes the full shoulder, elbow and back armour set.
How hot can I wear it?
It is made for summer: the outer is open mesh, so air flows through as soon as you are moving. Stopped in traffic it feels like any shirt with armour in it.
Is it waterproof?
No. Mesh lets air and rain straight through. The inner phone pockets are water-sealed.
Is it EN 17092 rated?
No. The armour is CE certified to EN 1621; the shirt itself is not garment-rated. For a Class AA certified shirt, choose the Outrider™ flannel.
How do I pick my size?
Measure a shirt that fits you well laid flat and compare it with the chart above. If your sleeves always run short, choose a Tall (-T) size.
How do I wash it?
Remove all armour first. Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not bleach, do not dry clean, lay flat to dry in the shade. Iron on low if needed; keep the iron off the reflective print.
How long until it arrives?

Goshawk™ Kevlar® Armoured Motorcycle Mesh Shirt
Our honest sizing advice: These are garment measurements, taken with the shirt laid flat. Double the ½ Chest figure to get the shirt's full chest. For a comfortable fit with the armour in, your own chest measurement should be roughly 10 to 15 cm less than that figure. Between sizes, go up one if you wear a hoodie or thicker layer underneath. Sleeves always short on you? Choose a Tall (-T) size. Not sure? Send us your chest measurement and height before you order and we will confirm the size.
