The armour fitted to Motrox gear is CE certified to the EN 1621 standard for motorcycle impact protectors, supplied in Level 1 or Level 2 depending on the product and the level you select.
We describe the armour as certified because the armour is what carries the certification. We do not claim whole-garment CE certification, and we do not claim an independent abrasion rating for the garments themselves.
Our garments are built from protective materials — full-grain cowhide and sheepskin leather, D-600 Cordura textile and aramid (Kevlar) reinforcement — and are constructed for riding, but the certification referenced on this site is armour certification.
