The MX Junior is a two-piece motocross kit for young riders — a lightweight jersey and a pair of MX pants, in red or green, sized 4 to 16 years.

It ships with the same CE certified protector set as our leather suits — shoulders, elbows and knees, plus a back protector — and you choose the armour class at checkout: pick Level 1 and every protector in the set is Level 1; pick Level 2 and every protector is Level 2. The certification belongs to the protectors, not to the jersey or pants fabric. A helmet, goggles and boots are separate.

Sublimated graphics that do not crack or fade, a stretch V-neck collar and a snap buckle at the waist. Built to be washed a lot.

This set includes CE certified protectors at the shoulders, elbows and knees and a CE certified back protector, all removable. Choose Level 1 or Level 2 above — the level you choose applies to every protector in the set. To be exact about what that means: the certification applies to the protector inserts, not to the jersey or the pants; motocross clothing is not a certified garment, and we are not claiming it is. Chest protection is not included — check whether your club or class requires it.
A helmet, goggles, boots and any chest protector your class requires are separate purchases. Check your club or federation's equipment rules before the first ride.

MX kit is meant to sit loose, so measure your rider wearing the base layer and any extra protection (for example a chest protector) they will actually ride in — that changes the answer, particularly through the thigh and chest. Measure chest, waist, hip, height and inseam rather than going by age alone. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
