The commission process

From measurement form to finished suit

A real tailoring pipeline — the same one every commission on this page went through. You approve the design before we cut a single panel of leather.

STEP 01

Measure

Our guided measurement form walks you through every measurement with visual instructions. No guesswork.

STEP 02

Design

Tell us your colours, name, number, logos — or send us your idea. Anything from full livery to no branding at all.

STEP 03

Approve

You receive a visual design draft of your suit. Nothing goes to production until you sign it off.

STEP 04

Build

Our master tailor cuts and builds your suit from premium leather with CE Certified armour.

STEP 05

Ride

Your one-of-one suit is finished, checked and shipped to your door with tracking.

Standard lead time: 15–21 business days. Every suit on this page was approved from a design draft before production.

A live commission, mid-build

This is what your suit looks like halfway — the build instructions from your approved draft are marked directly on the workpiece, so every panel, colour and placement is cut exactly to plan. Nothing is left to interpretation.

Recent commissions

Every suit starts as a rider's idea

Five briefs. Five completely different suits. Full team livery, factory-colour matching, a junior's first race suit, a build with no branding at all, and a suit engineered for a machine most brands have never heard of.

Commission / 001 — Team build, Europe

Full sponsor livery + rider artwork

The briefRace-team suit with complete sponsor branding, team colourway — and the rider's own custom caricature artwork across the back panel.

Team logos hand-placed across chest, back and belt. Bespoke printed artwork panel stitched into the back. Built for European resale standards — this is the level of finish every commission gets.

Junior custom race suit in red, white and black with the rider's name MAX across the back Off the bench — pre-delivery QC

Commission / 002 — Junior rider

“Max” — a first race suit, done properly

The briefA junior suit in red, white and black — with his name across the back, just like the riders on TV.

Scaled-down race construction, not a costume: real leather, real armour, real stretch panels. His name embroidered bold across the shoulders. Junior riders get the same tailoring as adults — because they're measured the same way.

KTM Orange, matched to the machine

The briefA two-piece suit with highlights in KTM Orange — built to match the rider's bike.

Factory-colour highlight panels across shoulders, arms and legs on a black/white base. Approved by the rider from a visual design draft before a single panel was cut — hump removed on request, because the suit is built around the rider, not the template.

“DAM” in fluro across the shoulders

The briefBlack and grey two-piece, fluro yellow accents — with the rider's name in fluro across the back.

High-visibility fluro striping down the arms and legs with the name set large between the shoulders. Personal, loud where it counts, clean everywhere else.

Commission / 005 — Built for the machine

All black, no logos — engineered for an electric unicycle

The briefA completely blacked-out two-piece with no branding at all — for an electric unicycle ridden standing up.

Standing posture changes everything: fit, flex zones, impact positioning. We worked directly with the rider to adapt the cut to how an EUC is actually ridden. If your machine isn't a motorcycle, that's not a problem — it's a brief.
