Spandex
Spandex or elastane is a synthetic fibre known for its exceptional elasticity vertically and horizontally, with abrasion resistance capabilities. Without compromising performance, it offers to optimize comfort.
Polyester
High strength polyester is mediatory between skin and leather to improve feel and comfort. This synthetic mesh fibre allows maximum air to flow and acts as a wick to pull the moisture away from the skin.
Thread
We use bonded nylon thread made from pre-stabilized continuous filament nylon 6.6. It is treated with a formulated lubricant to resist high temperature and its high tenacity nylon provides outstanding strength, durability, and superior abrasion resistance characteristics.
Leather
Strict quality standards followed to produce thicker, stronger, soft and comparatively flexible leather named PROTECTIVE LEATHER. It offers great abrasion, tear, and cut resistance. Our leather passes through various tests ensuring it's protective as per European PPE Standards and eco-friendly.
Schoeller® Keprotec
High-tech fabric produced using modern technology to meet pro rider standards. It offers excellent tear resistance, highest rub-proofing, and perfect heat-friction resistance.
Aramid
Aramid is a high-performance fibre with resistance to abrasion, tear, cut, and low flammability. It is used as reinforcement in high-risk areas, especially in our motorbike gear for extra rider protection.
