Bathurst. Mount Panorama. When the circuit first opened its gates in 1938, the very first machines to tear up that mountain weren't cars — they were motorcycles. For decades the Easter races were a pilgrimage: riders from every corner of the country lashed their swags to the pillion and rode for days just to be there. They called it the Everest of Australian racing.
That's the air Motrox was born in — the noise, the fuel, the brotherhood of riders who know the road doesn't ask for permission. It demands respect.
But the moment that actually started this brand was quieter. It was looking at what proper protective gear cost — hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars — and realising the riders who needed armour most were the ones being priced out of it. The big blokes, told nothing came in their size. The learners choosing between a helmet and a jacket. The families who just wanted their kid protected on their first laps.
That never sat right. So we built the answer ourselves.
