Every product we sell can be made custom. Sizing not quite right? Not a problem. Want your name on the back, your team's colours, or a logo that's yours? Done.
You don't need to know exactly what you want — that's what we're here for. Just reach out and we'll work through it together.
Sizing isn't right
Between standard sizes? Longer legs, shorter torso, wider shoulders? Tell us your measurements and we'll cut to fit you — not a size chart.
You want your logo
Team gear, company workwear, club kits, sponsor branding — send us your artwork and we'll put it exactly where you want it.
Custom colours
Not a fan of what's in stock? We can produce in any colour combination. Just tell us what you're going for.
Something else entirely

How a custom order works
From your first message to your door
Here is exactly what happens after you get in touch. You see and approve your design before anything is cut, and we measure the finished piece against your numbers before it ships.

Message us on WhatsApp or email, or order any product as custom-made, and tell us what you want changed. A rough idea is enough: a sketch, a photo of your bike or a scribble on one of our product photos all help.

Measure at home
Our measurement form lights up each measurement on a drawing as you go. All you need is a soft tape measure and a helper.
Not sure about one, like whether your arm should be straight or bent for the sleeve? Tell us how you measured and we check it with you. Wearing a chest or back protector underneath? Say so and we build in the room for it.

We map every change
For colours, logos and other design changes, your request becomes a numbered design sheet: every change pointed out on the base model, front and back, with a colour key and a logo reference. It goes to our workshop with your order, so nothing gets lost along the way.

You get a colour draft of your gear, front and back, with every change shown. Want a different shade or a logo moved? We redraw it. Nothing is cut until you say yes.

Handmade to your draft
Your gear is cut and built by hand to your measurements, with the notes from your approved draft marked on the workpiece, so every panel, colour and placement follows the plan. Same materials and CE certified armour as our standard range.

Measured and photographed
When your gear is finished, we lay it out and measure it against your numbers, across the chest, the waist and more, then photograph it front and back. You get the photos with every request checked off, and it ships when you say go.

Does custom cost more?
It depends on what you're after. Minor sizing adjustments are often free or low cost. Custom colours, logos, and embroidery are priced on the job — get in touch and we'll give you a straight answer.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time varies by product and complexity. Most custom garments take 15–19 business days from confirmed order. We'll give you an accurate timeline before you commit to anything.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. For colours, logos and other design changes, you get a colour draft of your gear, front and back, and nothing is cut until you approve it. Want something changed? We redraw it.
I'm not sure of my measurements — can you help?
Absolutely. Once we know what you need, we'll send you a simple measurement guide for that product. It's easy to do at home and usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
How do you make sure it fits?
You measure at home with our guided form, and we check your numbers with you before we cut. Before it ships, we measure the finished piece against your numbers and send you photos. If something still isn't right when it arrives, tell us and we'll make it right.
Can I send my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Send us your artwork in any format — even a rough image — and our team will work with it. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) give the best result but aren't required to get started.
Do you do bulk or team orders?
Yes — clubs, companies, and teams are welcome. We can produce consistent branded gear across multiple sizes and deliver together. Get in touch with your numbers and we'll talk it through.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We share a design preview before production so you can approve everything first. If something still isn't right on delivery, reach out and we'll make it right — that's our commitment.
