📏 Sizing

Returns due to sizing issues will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

🎨 Color

Custom-made and personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

No cancellations are accepted after 5 days of order confirmation.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

A replacement will be shipped at our expense once the claim is approved.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Control team.
