If there's a problem — a sizing issue, a fault, a delivery question, or anything that's just not right — don't stress. Message us on chat, WhatsApp or email with your order number and a quick photo if it helps, and we'll get it sorted as fast as we can. Every issue reaches a real person, not a ticket in a queue.

A note on timing

We're a small, hands-on Aussie team — not a round-the-clock call centre. We know a problem can feel urgent, and we'll always do our best to jump on it quickly. If your message lands late at night or over the weekend, we might not reply straight away — but we'll get back to you as soon as we're on deck, usually the same or next business day. Bear with us and we'll always look after you.
