The Voyager is a touring jacket built to be adjusted, not just worn. A 100% Cordura D600 shell takes the weather, and removable CE certified armour at the shoulders, elbows and back comes fitted from the start — held in internal Velcro pockets, not sold to you afterwards.
Inside is a removable polyester lining, so the same jacket works in August and again in January. The belted collar, waist adjustment belt and press-stud cuffs pull the fit in where you need it, which matters more on a textile jacket than most riders expect — armour only protects what it stays sitting on.

A Cordura D600 shell that is water-resistant and windproof, with a belted collar to close the gap wind gets in through at the neck.

The polyester lining comes out when it warms up and goes back in when it does not. One jacket, most of the year.

Measure your chest at the fullest point, over the layer you actually ride in — a jumper underneath changes the answer, and so does the lining being in. This is textile, and textile does not stretch the way leather does, so if you are between sizes, go up. Armour only works where it is meant to sit, so a jacket loose through the shoulders is not doing its job. Not sure? Send us your chest measurement before you order and we will confirm the size — or choose custom-made and skip the guesswork.

Armour: CE certification applies to the armour inserts, not to the jacket shell.
