This one-piece leather racing suit is built the same way: 1.1–1.2mm full-grain cowhide, CE certified armour throughout, DFS external sliders, and stretch panels placed exactly where a rider tucked at full lean needs them.

Cut from 1.1–1.2mm full-grain cowhide leather with extensive stretch inserts for a contoured fit and perforation panels for cooling — because the fast way around a figure-eight is staying loose, cool and locked into position.

CE Certified Armour — Included

Removable CE approved protectors at the shoulders, elbows and knees, plus a soft-plate back protector — the full set comes with the suit, not as a paid upgrade. Choose Level 1 or Level 2 at checkout.

External DFS Sliders

Dynamic Friction Shield protectors at the knees and shoulders with dual-density foam padding, plus removable knee sliders — they take the hit, not your suit.

A race suit should fit snug and precise — and no size chart beats your own measurements. We recommend made-to-measure for every rider. It costs nothing extra and removes sizing guesswork completely. If ordering a standard size, measure your chest, waist and height with a tape first and cross-check the chart carefully.

Care & Important Notes

Leather Care: Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and condition periodically. Never machine wash the suit — the internal mesh lining is removable and washable separately.

Removable Armour: Shoulder, elbow, knee and back protectors are included with every suit and are removable for comfort and cleaning.

Custom-Made Orders: Made-to-measure suits are built for you personally — our guided measurement form makes getting it right easy. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Ordering With Confidence — Returns, Refunds & Cancelling

Spending this much with a brand you have not bought from before deserves a straight answer, so here it is in full — including the part most made-to-measure sellers leave out.

📦Stock sizes — 30 days to change your mind

Ordered a standard size and it is not for you? Return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn, with tags, liners and armour still attached, in its original packaging. Email us first for a return reference. Return postage is yours on a change-of-mind return.

📏Made-to-measure — read this before you order

A made-to-measure suit cannot be returned because you changed your mind, and that includes the case where the measurements you gave us do not fit the way you expected. Your leather is cut to your numbers and cannot be sold to anyone else. This is why we ask you to measure twice, use the guided form, and talk to us if anything is unclear. We would rather answer ten questions than build the wrong suit.

🛠️If we build it wrong, we fix it — free

If the suit does not match the specification you gave us, we remake it or refund it at no cost to you. And if anything arrives faulty, damaged in transit or simply not what you ordered, we pay the return postage and you choose — repair, replacement or refund. That applies to made-to-measure exactly as it does to stock sizes. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if something arrives damaged, so we can lodge the carrier claim and get a replacement moving — that is our preferred notification window, not a deadline on your rights.

✋Changed your mind before we start?

Stock items can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. A made-to-measure order can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, but before we cut material, it can be cancelled with a 25% deduction. Once the leather is cut to your measurements it cannot be cancelled — there is nothing left to resell.

💳How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item, back to the card or account you paid with.

🌏Duties and taxes

Delivering to Australia, the United Kingdom or New Zealand? Motrox pays all customs duties and import taxes — nothing further to pay when it arrives. Everywhere else, any duties and taxes are payable by the buyer on delivery.

Your consumer rights sit on top of all of this. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — including a replacement or refund for a major failure. Those rights are not limited by any of the time periods above, and they cover made-to-measure goods in full. The full wording is in our Refund Policy.
