2. All measurements must be accurate — do not add or subtract.
3. Measure on bare skin or thin clothing only.
4. Measurements must be entered in centimetres (cm).

1. Ask someone else to take your measurements using a soft measuring tape.
2. Stand upright and relaxed — do not slouch or bend.
3. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides, then raise slightly only when instructed for sleeve/arm measurements.
4. Keep your shoulders in a natural position — do not shrug or pull them back.
5. Breathe normally — do not hold your breath or puff out your chest while measuring.
6. Do not pull the tape too tight or leave it too loose — it should sit snug against the body.
7. Measure over bare skin or thin clothing only.
8. All measurements must be accurate — do not add or subtract any extra allowance.
9. Measurements must be entered in centimetres (cm).
