The Ace is a slim-fit biker-style jacket for children, made from 100% real sheep leather — soft and supple rather than heavy, so a child will actually keep it on.
Read this part before you buy: the Ace has no impact armour. It has foam padding at the shoulders and elbows, which is comfort padding and shaping — it is not CE certified armour, it is not a protector, and there are no armour pockets to add any. This is a leisure and everyday jacket. If you want a leather jacket for a child that comes with removable CE certified armour, look at our Comet or Nitro instead.
What it does have is proper hardware and a proper cut: YKK zips, brass-style buttons, zipped adjustable cuffs with a press-stud strap, and a press-stud collar with its own adjustment strap. Sizes run 4–16 years, or choose custom-made and we will cut it to their measurements.

Age labels are a starting point, not a measurement. Measure the child's chest at the fullest point in centimetres, over whatever they will wear underneath, and take the sleeve from the shoulder bone to the wrist. This is a slim fit, so it runs closer to the body than our racing jackets — if the child is at the top of a size band or you want room for a jumper, take the next size up. Send us the measurements before you order and we will confirm the size, or choose custom-made.
