The Nitro is a children's biker jacket in 100% top-grain cowhide at 1.1–1.2mm, drum dyed. It is built the way the adult jackets are built — same hide weight, same YKK hardware, same armour pockets — just scaled to a smaller rider.
Removable CE certified armour is included, fitted at the shoulders and elbows with a removable soft-plate back protector. Choose Level 1 or Level 2 above. Being precise about it: the CE certification belongs to the armour inserts. The leather shell itself is not a certified garment.
Stretch panels sit at the shoulders and elbows so the jacket bends where a child bends. Sizes run 4–16 years, or choose custom-made and we will cut it to their measurements.

Age labels are a starting point, not a measurement. Measure the child's chest at the fullest point in centimetres, over whatever they will wear underneath, and take the sleeve from the shoulder bone to the wrist. We would ask you not to size up two bands to make it last: armour only does its job when it sits on the shoulder and elbow, and an oversized jacket lets it move off the joint. Send us the measurements before you order and we will confirm the size — or choose custom-made.
