The Motrox Valkyrie is a slim, stretch riding legging for women who want protection without bulky pants. A stretch cotton-elastane outer moves with you, genuine DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid reinforcement sits underneath, and removable CE certified Level 2 armour protects the knees and hips, with a tailbone protector included.

Pick your waist, leg length and armour above: 11 waist sizes from 28 to 48 inch and three leg lengths. It is a stocked, standard-size garment (not made-to-measure) and ships free Australia-wide.

The legging itself is not certified as a garment to EN 17092, and we will not print a class letter we cannot hand you a test report for. Plenty of sellers do. We have published the Australian crash-test data for this whole category instead, including the check our own legging fails.

Measure your natural waist (the narrowest point, just above the belly button) with a relaxed tape, your hips at the fullest part, and your inside leg from the crotch to the ankle bone. Pick the waist size at or just above your measurement; if your hips measure larger than that size, go up to the size that fits your hips. The leg length (30, 32 or 34 inch) should match your inside leg, or go longer if you like extra length over boots. Not sure? Which armour should I choose?

All three options are CE Level 2 at knee and hip with a tailbone protector. Smooth Ways is the slimmest; Keep Tech and Flying Bats use air-flow designs for comfort on hot days.

Does the price include the armour?

Yes. The price shown includes the knee, hip and tailbone protectors for your selected option.

Are the sizes in inches?

Yes. Waist 28 to 48 and leg length 30, 32 or 34 are in inches. The chart above shows the centimetre equivalents.

Can I wear them without the armour?

Yes. The protectors are removable, so off the bike they wear like slim stretch pants.

Are they certified?

Are they waterproof?

No. They are stretch cotton leggings. Wear rain pants over them in wet weather.

How do I wash them?

Remove all armour first. Machine wash warm, inside out. Do not bleach, do not dry clean, hang to dry at room temperature. Iron on low if needed.
