Our honest sizing advice: Measure your chest at the fullest point, over the layer you actually ride in — a jumper underneath changes the answer. This is textile, and textile does not stretch the way leather does, so if you are between sizes, go up. Armour only works where it is meant to sit, so a jacket loose through the shoulders is not doing its job — and a back protector that has ridden up is protecting the wrong thing. Not sure? Once I got my sizing correct (Important)
Once I got my sizing correct, l found the pants to be of the best quality. The sizing is on n the tight side but you need this or you could loose them in a crash. As soon as you put them on, you can feel the quality. I am genuinely impressed with the product but also the service that I have received.
I own a few different motorcycle jeans, different brands, some are full length kevlar, some aren't, all have the armoured plates, all are great though the weight varies, these are are a lot lighter than my other brands, they fit better, I like them,

Yes I purchased two pairs of jeans, one blue and one black, The blue jeans fit like a glove, infact perfect, The black pair is quite a bit larger and "looser" and needs a belt. Clearly they are two different sizes which should have been the same, but are not,,, However I have not looked for the tags yet to check sizing... I will one day soon before I leave for Vietnam

What makes the Outback different from other motorcycle jackets?
Most jackets do one or two things well. The Outback combines a 600D Cordura outer shell, CE certified armour at the shoulders and elbows plus a removable back protector, a fully waterproof membrane, two front air vents, YKK zippers, 3M Scotchlite reflectors, a dual zip + Velcro closure, 5 pockets, an adjustable waist, cuffs, neck strap, flexi-snap arms, stretch panels and customisation.
Is the CE armour actually certified or just marketing?
Genuinely certified. The shoulder and elbow protectors are certified to the CE standard for motorcycle impact protectors (EN 1621). That certification applies to the armour, not to the jacket shell. A removable back protector is included at no extra cost. All armour is fully removable.
What's the outer shell made of and why does it matter?
The Outback uses a 600D Cordura fabric outer shell — a high-denier weave known for abrasion resistance, durability and weather resistance. It takes a beating and keeps going.
How does the ventilation work?
Two front air vents: open them in summer and the jacket breathes; close them and it seals up again.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The 3-layer construction includes a fixed waterproof membrane — not a removable inner or a spray coating that wears off. Rain and road spray stay outside.
Can I get it personalised with my club logo?
Yes — you can add logos, names, numbers, custom artwork and unique colours. Message us before ordering to discuss your design. Personalised orders are made for you and can't be returned for change of mind.
What's the return policy and how do I get the right size?
30-day returns on standard (non-custom) jackets. Our size chart covers S to 4XL with chest, waist, hip, arm and height measurements. Cross-check carefully before you order — and note that your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by any timeframe on this page. If unsure, message us first and we'll help you choose the right size.
