The Motrox Drover Utility is the working vest: genuine cowhide in a distressed cognac brown with darker bound edges, a snap-front V-neck, one flap chest pocket and two big lower flap pockets, and a strap at the back to pull the waist in. Antique-brass snaps. It looks like it has done a few seasons already, which is the point.

Wear it over a Vanguard™ or Goshawk™ armoured hoodie for the full set, over a riding jacket, over a shirt, or on its own. Size it over whatever it will go on top of.

The Drover is a leather vest; the armour is in our hoodies. Wear it over a Vanguard™ or Goshawk™ armoured hoodie and you have the full set.

Will it fit over my riding jacket?

Measure your chest over the jacket you plan to wear under it and size from that number; it usually means going up one size from your shirt size. Or choose custom-made and tell us what it will go over.

How do I pick my size?

Measure chest and belly over what you will wear underneath and use the larger number in the chart above. Between sizes, go smaller for a snug fit over a shirt or larger for room over a jacket.

Is the chart the same as your other vests?

Genuine cowhide leather in distressed cognac brown. Hides vary a little from piece to piece, which is part of the look.

How do I look after it?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and let it air dry away from direct heat. A leather conditioner a couple of times a year keeps the hide supple. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How long until it arrives?
